Privacy notice
How InquiryForge handles information on this business website and its contact form. The classroom tools carry their own information in their account and learning pages.
When you contact us
The form collects your name, email address, message topic and message, plus your school or organization if you choose to give it. We use that to understand and answer your inquiry. Please do not submit passwords, verification codes, student records or sensitive personal information.
Where your message goes
Messages are saved in encrypted storage on the InquiryForge server. Email notifications are sent through SMTP2GO to the InquiryForge business inbox, which is hosted by Proton Mail. Those providers process the information in order to deliver and store the correspondence.
Copies in the active website inbox are removed after 90 days. Encrypted backups are kept separately for recovery and are not deleted on that schedule. Email correspondence may be kept longer while we answer an inquiry or maintain a business relationship. Contact us if you want to ask about a message or request its deletion.
Website operation
This website uses no advertising, no analytics trackers and no marketing cookies. Technical information such as IP addresses and request details may be processed in short-lived rate limits and server security logs, to run the site and prevent abuse. The contact form uses a temporary security token.
Marketing and text messages
Submitting the contact form does not subscribe you to marketing or to text messages. We do not sell contact-form information. Mobile information and text-message consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Student accounts
A school email connects a student to their classroom record. A personal email or mobile number is optional recovery information, and should only be added with a parent or guardian's permission. Optional contacts must be verified before they can recover an account. Text recovery is currently unavailable.
The student account information page has more detail. A teacher can help with classroom records and student access.
Questions
Use the contact form and choose “Privacy or data question.” We reply to the email address you give us.
